Skiing and Snowboarding in Verbier – the famous ski resort of Verbier and the adjacent valleys called 4 vallees for all skills on- and off-piste. It takes 10 minutes to go Le Chable. There you take the gondola to the ski resort via Verbier.
Freeride / Ski-touring – Numerous marked and unmarked territory from easy powder to steep-skiing can be explored. We suggest a guide in any case. Check out any routes that go off the Verbier ski resort or go to the end of the wild end of the valley. We like "Cabane Brunet" a lot in winter to ski tour up and have lunch or dinner there and drive down..
Cross-Country Skiing – Within the high altitudes and steep mountains, some breathtaking cross-country can be found around here
Winter hikes – Check out these varying routes
Ice climbing – Many frozen waterfalls can be found in the area to try a climb in winter. Guide strongly suggested.
Apres-Ski – Whether a quiet Aperol or a live band in boots ("Le Farinet"). Verbier offers something for every taste.
Heli-Skiing - to the glacier Petit Combin. For the adventurous ones...
Hiking – Plenty of day and multiday hikes are available starting directly in Sarreyer or you go to Verbier to take the gondolas of the ski resort which are partly open all summer. Check out the SAC´s route planner
Mountainbiking / E-bike / Downhill – Lifts are open all summer for downhill biking and Sarreyer offers some direct access to explore the surroundings with a bike.
Climbing / Via Ferrata- We strongly recommend a guide.
Verbier Festivals – Literature, E-bike, Equestrian championship, classical music, Cheese, and many more
